Designed for businesses with higher balances and higher transaction volumes.

  • $25 monthly service charge if average collected balance falls below $15,000.
  • 500 items per month FREE; $0.50 per excess item
  • After $30,000, the excessive cash deposited fee is $1.50 per $1,000.

Commercial Account Analysis
Customized account for businesses with a high volume of transactions.

  • $100 minimum deposit to open
  • $16.50 monthly service charge which can be reduced or eliminated based on earnings allowance and account balance
  • $0.17 per deposited item
  • $0.22 per debit item
  • $0.33 per deposit item
  • An earnings allowance, based on current market rates and computed using the positive average collected balance less 10% reserve requirement, is used to offset activity charges each month and is subject to change
  • After $10,000, the excessive cash deposited fee is $1.50 per $1000

Business Interest Checking
(Sole Proprietor Only)

Commercial Money Market Account

  • $16.50 monthly service charge if daily balance falls below $1,000 or if average collected balance falls below $2,500
  • Seventy-five (75) deposited items free; $0.22 per item in excess
  • Six (6) total debit transactions allowed each four (4) weeks or similar period; each additional debit or check/draft is $6 regardless of balance
  • Tiered rate structure - provides you with a higher interest rate with a higher balance
  • Interest will be compounded daily and credited to account monthly

Federal Law limits transfers to another account or third parties by pre-authorized, automatic, or telephone transfers to six (6) per month.
If an account continuously exceeds the debit transactions allowed, we are required by law to reclassify or close the account.

Remote Deposit Capture
Allows you to make check deposits electronically from your office. It requires only a scanner, which is provided by the bank, your PC and a high-speed internet connection. It saves time on trips to the bank and allows you to focus on the daily operation of your business.

ACH Origination
Originating electronic credits can eliminate writing checks for payroll, expense reimbursements, and vendor payments. Electronic payments help decrease check fraud and reduce costs associated with account reconcilement and stop payments. ACH can also be used to collect receivables in a timely and efficient manner.

Zero Balance Accounts (ZBA)
If your business has multiple locations, a ZBA account allows segregation of funds and eliminates the manual transfer of funds between accounts. Each site utilizes their bank account number; however, all the money automatically sweeps into one primary account designated by you.

Business Sweep Accounts
An excellent funds management tool to maximize your earnings on investable cash. The surplus balances from your operating accounts can be automatically invested overnight. Funds are transferred back and forth as necessary to cover checks and invest new excess funds. This allows you the assurance that every extra investable dollar is working for you.

Account Analysis
Account Analysis provides you with a monthly, consolidated statement that summarizes all activity on your checking accounts, including Cash Management services. Service charges are determined based on the transactions on the account. An earnings credit is calculated on your combined business checking account balances and applied to your total service charges. This credit provides you with the opportunity to offset service charges.

Daily, the Bank compares a list of checks submitted by your company against checks presented for payment. Items not matching are treated as suspicious, and your company will have the opportunity to decide to return or approve them for processing.
